All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If false or misleading information is provided, cak44 may close the account without prior notice. If any of your details change, please inform our support team without delay.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. cak44 is not responsible if someone accesses your account without authorisation. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact us immediately.
3 Bonus & Promotion Terms
3.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at cak44 can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 the bonus will be ৳1,500 and the total balance will be ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳28,000, the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 applies and the total balance will be ৳48,000.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Note that wagering applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit amount. For example, for a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 before withdrawing earnings from the bonus.
3.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer applies to one user only, on one device, and from one IP address.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become eligible only after the specified wagering requirement is met.
- If any user attempts to abuse the bonus system, cak44 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and suspend the account.
- cak44 may modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount at cak44 is ৳100, and this applies equally to all payment methods. We currently support the following payment methods:

4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The following conditions must be met for a withdrawal:
- Account verification must be completed.

- The withdrawal method must be consistent with the deposit method.
4.3 Transaction Responsibility

5 VIP Program & Cashback Terms
Bronze
The first tier of the VIP program. Bronze members receive a weekly cashback of up to 0.4%. You can advance to higher tiers based on regular gameplay and betting volume.
Silver
The second tier of the VIP program. Silver members enjoy a weekly cashback of up to 0.8%. This tier offers more advanced services and priority support.
Gold
The highest tier of the VIP program. Gold members receive a weekly cashback of up to 1.2% and enjoy the highest level of service from cak44.
5.1 VIP Terms
Cashback is calculated based on the total amount wagered each week. cak44 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time. Cashback is added directly to the account balance and can be withdrawn after meeting the specified wagering requirements.
6 Gaming Policy & Prohibited Conduct
6.1 Fair Play Policy
cak44 believes in fair play. The platform's games use tested technology to ensure neutral and fair outcomes. Any user found attempting to manipulate game results will face strict action.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Playing games using automated software, bots, or any other technical means.
- Collusion or attempting to influence games by working with other players.
- Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
- Registering using stolen personal information or a fraudulent identity.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
6.3 Technical Errors & Dispute Resolution

10 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

cak44 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Being identified as an underage user.
- Providing a false identity or information.
10.2 User Rights
Users may also request to close their account at any time. In that case, any eligible balance in the account may be withdrawn according to the applicable rules. All outstanding wagering requirements must be settled before the account is closed.
11 Terms Changes & Updates
cak44 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change means the user has accepted the new Terms.
For significant changes, cak44 will attempt to send a notification to users' registered email addresses. It is therefore important to keep a correct email address updated in your account.
12 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
The laws of the jurisdiction where the entity operating cak44 is registered shall apply to the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion. If no resolution is reached through discussion, the appropriate legal process will be followed.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully in effect.
